Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Mafia Space platform ("Platform", "Service"), accessible at www.mafia-space.com, operated by LLC "MAFIA-SPACE" ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account or using the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • Platform — the web application Mafia Space available at www.mafia-space.com, designed for managing Mafia game clubs.
  • Mobile Application — the Android application provided by the Company for game digitization and real-time data entry.
  • User — any individual who registers an account on the Platform.
  • Club — a Mafia game club created or managed through the Platform.
  • Club Member — a User who has joined a Club on the Platform.
  • Account — a personal User account created upon registration.
  • Personal Account — the financial section of a User's profile displaying balance, invoices, and transaction history.
  • Content — any data, text, or materials uploaded or entered into the Platform by Users.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you confirm that your legal guardian has consented to your use of the Platform.

2.3. We reserve the right to request verification of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To access the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by using any supported OAuth2 provider.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

3.3. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and when updating your profile.

3.4. You must notify us immediately using any method listed in section 14 (Contact Information) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.5. One person may have only one active account at a time. You may register a new account if your previous accounts have been deactivated or blocked.

4. Description of Services

4.1. The Platform provides tools for managing Mafia game clubs, including but not limited to:

  • Creating and managing game clubs
  • Registering and managing club members
  • Scheduling and tracking game events
  • Recording game results and maintaining player statistics
  • Managing club finances (invoices, deposits, transaction history)
  • Player rankings and rating systems
  • Communication tools (feedback, cooperation requests)

4.2. The Platform serves as a management and record-keeping tool. The actual Mafia games are conducted offline. The Platform also provides an Android application for game digitization — entering game data into the system in real time.

4.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. User Obligations

5.1. When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms and applicable laws
  • Use the Platform only for its intended purpose
  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other Users
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts

5.2. You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal activity
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our written consent
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. Payments and Financial Operations

6.1. The Platform itself does not process payments and is not a payment service provider. The Platform may display payment details (bank card numbers, BLIK and similar instant payment system codes, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, Revolut, Wise, and similar provider tags, or other payment information) provided by Club administrators for the purpose of manual transfers by Users.

6.2. All payments are made by Users voluntarily and directly to the payment details provided, outside the Platform's infrastructure. The Platform only records and displays the financial balance and transaction history for bookkeeping purposes within the Club.

6.3. The Company is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of payment details provided by Club administrators
  • Any losses resulting from incorrect transfers
  • Disputes between Users and Club administrators regarding payments
  • Refunds or chargebacks related to manual transfers

6.4. Users are advised to verify payment details independently before making any transfer.

6.5. Supported display currencies include PLN, UAH, USD, and EUR. The display currency does not imply any currency conversion service.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All rights to the Platform, including its design, source code, trademarks, logos, and other materials, belong to LLC "MAFIA-SPACE" or its licensors.

7.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its components without our prior written consent.

7.3. By uploading Content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates upon deletion of the Content or your Account, except for anonymized data retained for Club record-keeping purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. For information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

8.2. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2. The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Service
  • Loss of data due to technical failures
  • Any actions or decisions made by Users based on information displayed on the Platform
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials
  • Any disputes between Users and Club administrators

9.3. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, natural disasters, epidemics, cyberattacks, government actions, power outages, or internet disruptions.

9.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

10. Termination

10.1. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us using any method listed in section 14 (Contact Information).

10.2. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Platform
  • Required by law or regulatory authority

10.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 shall survive termination and remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date.

11.2. If significant changes are made, you will be required to re-accept the updated Terms upon your next login. Access to the Platform will be restricted until you accept the updated Terms.

11.3. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

12.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

13. Severability

13.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
